This data presents the median purchase price and monthly rent (in US$/€) for a 1-bedroom apartment in the most expensive area of the capital city.

The square meter price indicates the average cost per square meter (in US$/€) of existing residential properties in the capital or most significant city of each country. The price-to-rent ratio is calculated by dividing the average house price by the average yearly rent, showing the number of years needed to recoup the investment in the current market.
