Serbia.
The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia publishes semi-annual data for newly built dwellings in the urban settlements for which sale contracts were signed between the buyer and seller in the reporting half-year. It started in 2003.
Singapore.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) publishes various property price statistics by residential type. For landed properties- detached, semi-detached and terrace while for non-landed properties- apartment and condominium. Their time-series data is only available on a subscription basis. However, they release quarterly property market updates.
Slovak Republic.
The National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) publishes quarterly residential property prices by type of flats and houses and region. Their time-series started in 2005.
Slovenia.
The Statistical Office of Slovenia publishes a quarterly price index of second-hand flats in Ljubljana, as well as for the whole country. The time-series started in 2003.
SLONEP, a real estate portal, publishes quarterly data of average price per square metre of apartments and houses in Ljubljana and Slovenia as well. It stretches back to Q2 1995.
South-Africa.
ABSA releases a monthly house price index based on the total purchase price of houses of 80m2 to 400 m2 size, costing R3.5 million or less, whose loans were approved by ABSA. The time-series stretches back to 2006.
South Korea.
Kookmin Bank publishes a house price index by type of houses, ie, single houses, row houses and apartments. The data stretches back to 1986 and is updated quarterly.
Spain.
Banco de España publishes a quarterly time-series of the average price per square metre of open-market appraised housing. The geographical disaggregation has been estimated using provincial data published by the Ministerio de Fomento, taking as weights the number of houses in each province according to the INE's 2001 Population and Housing Census. It stretches back to 1995.
TINSA España releases monthly house price index based from their own valuations. It extends back to 2001.
Spanish web portals often produce statistics which are usually more up-to-date. Portals with statistics include Facilismo, Kyero, Fotocasa and Idealista.
Sweden.
Statistics Sweden (SCB) has a good collection of house price statistics. There is a real estate price index for one and two dwelling buildings which extends back to 1986.
Switzerland.
The Swiss National Bank (SNB) publishes an annual and quarterly price index of rental apartments (1 to 5 rooms) for old and new buildings through their monthly statistical bulletin. It stretches back to 1970.
