Poland.
REAS prepares quarterly reports regarding the average prices of residential units in the market offering in Warsaw, Kraków, Å�ódź, PoznaÅ„, WrocÅ‚aw and Tri-City. It started in Q3 2006.
Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, the largest real estate agency in the Baltic and Central European Region, publishes monthly time-series data of average apartment prices per square metre in Warsaw since 2004.
Portugal.
The Instituto Nacional de Estadistica (INE) releases monthly bank evaluation figures on housing for flats and houses. Monthly data started in September 2008.
Puerto Rico.
Estudios Tecnicos Inc., a Puerto Rican consulting firm, publishes a quarterly Construction and Sales activity report. Subscription is needed in order to download the report.
