Latvia.
Arco Real Estate releases monthly average price per square metre of standard-type apartments in the housing estates of Riga. It stretches back to 2007.
Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, the largest real estate agency in the Baltic and Central European Region, also publishes monthly time-series data of average apartment prices per square metre in Riga, with the series starting in 2004.
Lithuania.
The Lithuanian apartment price index (OHBI) published by the Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors shows summarized changes in the prices of apartments in the five largest cities - Vilnius, Kaunas, KlaipÄ—da, Šiauliai, and Panevėžys. It is based on the apartment price data from the Ober-Haus, government institutions and private entities. The time-series stretches back to 1994.
Luxembourg.
The Ministry of Housing of Luxembourg publishes a quarterly house price index based on advertised selling prices of houses. The price index is available in nominal and current prices. The time-series started in 2005.
STATEC Luxembourg releases quarterly and annual statistics on the selling prices of apartments, such as hedonic price index and average prices. It started in 2007.
