Latvia.   Latio, a real estate company, produces monthly average house price of a standard apartments in Riga. Latio's data started in 2005.

Lithuania.   Inreal, a real estate company, releases quarterly housing report where they publish average prices of apartments, houses and residential land plots in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda.

Luxembourg.   The Department of Housing of Luxembourg publishes a quarterly house price index based on advertised selling prices of houses. The price indices are adjusted for inflation.

STATEC Luxembourg releases a yearly price per square meter of habitable surface of single-family houses. The series is still in its initial stage, though.
