Latvia.   Latio, a real estate company, produces monthly average house price of a standard apartments in Riga. Latio's data started in 2005.

Lithuania.   The Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors publishes a monthly apartment price index. The index covers the five largest cities in Lithuania- Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai and Panevezys. It is based on apartment price data from the Ober-Haus, government institutions and private entities. The Ober-Haus time-series stretches back to 1994.

Luxembourg.   The Department of Housing of Luxembourg publishes a quarterly house price index based on advertised selling prices of houses. The price indices are adjusted for inflation.

STATEC Luxembourg releases a yearly price per square meter of habitable surface of single-family houses. The series is still in its initial stage, though.
