Finland.   Statistics Finland publishes a time-series price index of dwellings in old blocks of flats by region. This index is based on the average selling price of houses, and started in 1983.

France.   The house price statistics produced by FNAIM are published in their quarterly press releases. There are indices for apartments and houses by region. Price per square metre data are also available. The data stretch back to 1980.
