Finland.
Statistics Finland publishes a quarterly index time-series covering the price of dwellings in old blocks of flats, as well as the corresponding average price per square metre. Both time-series stretch back to 2005.
France.
There are 3 sources of house price statistics for France:
a) FNAIM publishes quarterly price index for houses and apartments as well as prices per square metre through their Letters of Business and Real Estate. It stretches back to 2000.
b) The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) releases a quarterly index of house prices for Metropolitan France. It started in 1996.
c) Data on prices per square metre of apartments in Paris are published by the La Chambre des Notaires de Paris. The series began in 1991.
