Realized Trading Price of Single-family and Row Houses (DKK/ sq.m.)
The Association of Danish Mortgage Banks has ceased to produce the old property price statistics that are financed with mortgages. However, they have released new housing market statistics that contain quarterly data on average square metre prices, as well as the number of free market trades for single-family houses, condominiums and holiday homes. It extends back to 1992.
StatBank Denmark also publishes a price index for sales of property, which likewise stretches back to 1992.
