Gross rental yields, i.e., the gross return on investment in an apartment if fully rented out, are from 3.41% to 7.12% in Budapest with a city average of 5.11%. These are moderately good yields.

Rental yields for other cities in Hungary are on a similar level to Budapest. In Debrecen, they range from 4.62% to 5.16%, Pécs yields are between 4.93% to 6.15%, Nyíregyháza rental returns are 4.64% to 5.05% and Kecskemét yields are the lowest ones, with them being between 3.70% to 4.81%.
