Economics Team | August, 29, 2020
House prices in Thailand. The Bank of Thailand (BOT) publishes quarterly house price indices based on the appraisal database of the Government Housing Bank (GHB). The indices are limited since the data mostly cover medium to low-end of the housing market and are concentrated mostly on the periphery of central Bangkok and its vicinity.

Quarterly Change in house prices
This table shows the change in house prices during a single quarter, adjusted for inflation.
Adjusting house price rises (or declines) for inflation produces a more accurate picture of the change in value of housing than the usual nominal figures cited in the newspapers.
