Foreigners like to live in Maadi, so there are spectacular yields on medium-sized apartments from 10% to higher than 17%. Prices start from US$400 per sq. m., to around US$960.

Mohandessine is attractive to rich locals. Yields are moderate at an average of 7%. Bigger apartments of 400 sq. m., and larger, have highest yields at around 8.24%.

Apartments in Zamalek are more expensive, selling at around US$1,046 per sq. m. Despite the higher prices, yields are still impressive ranging from 6.7% to almost 10%.
