Rental yields for houses in provinces popular with tourists such as Macaraibo, Maracay, and Barquisemento can reach 20%.

The most expensive properties can be found on Margarita Island in the Caribbean, where a 100 sq. m. property would cost around US$350,00, while a similarly-sized house in Caracas would only cost US$95,000.
