Austrian house price data. The Oesterreichische National Bank (OeNB) releases residential price indices for Austria and for Vienna calculated by the University of Technology in Vienna in cooperation with AiB (Austria Immobilienbörse, a platform of 18 real estate agencies). The index covers new and used condominiums and single family homes (15% new condominiums, 70% used condominiums and 15% single family homes). The time series are available for the whole country extending back to 2000, and for the capital Vienna starting in Q3 1986.
