Apartment prices can go as high as $2,600 per sq. m for units with 165-sq. m and larger. On the average, apartments sell at $1,920 per sq. m. Per sq. m prices go up as apartment size increases.

Houses, on the other hand, are relatively cheaper, selling at the average of $1,454 per sq. m. A 200-sq. m house in the northern area of the Dominican Republic sells at around $1,324 per sq. m.
