We are shocked at your comments that that residential property in Gaborone is between 5,500 to 6,600 BWPula per square metre. This is in our opinion way over the going rate in Gaborone. As for your comment that a 200sq metre property would cost about 1,1 Million BWP there is NO WAY... you must have left off a Zero. May we ask who has provided you with your facts and figures?

KimWith repect, your comments are contradictory. First you say that 5,500 BWP is "way over the going rate in Gaborone". So in your opinion a 200m2 property X 5,500 p/m = 1.1 million is too much, right? Then you contradict yourself by saying that there is no way a 200m2 property would cost 1.1 million. Instead a zero should be added to make 11 million. For the benefit of other readers/investors, I think the figure on the website are fairly accurate. I have a 230 m2 property in an OK part of Gaborone valued at about 1.2 million. The same house in the best part of town would cost double that. But not 10 times that amount. I have yet to see an 11 million BWP house in Gaborone. Regards.
