Since her start with the Global Property Guide in July 2008, Lalaine has demonstrated a deep engagement with the analysis of financial and economic data.

Heigo Protten serves as a taxation analyst for the Global Property Guide, where he is tasked with updating the tax and cost-related pages for foreign countries. He joined the Global Property Guide in September 2018.

He has a particular interest in creating reports that involve research and analysis.

Kateryna Shubina is the Global Property Guide's property researcher, collaborating closely with the analytics team. She joined the Global Property Guide in August 2022.

She has a strong interest in market research and marketing analysis within the property sector. Kateryna holds two Master's degrees in Applied Economics from the National Technical University of Ukraine and the University of Alicante (Spain).

Founder

Matthew Montagu-Pollock, the site's founder, has an MA from Oxford University in Politics Philosophy and Economics (PPE), and an MA from the University of Lancaster, and studied for an M.Phil at the London School of Economics, while teaching economics in London at Kilburn Polytechnic. 

Matthew worked for 18 years as a journalist, before setting up the Global Property Guide.

Kenneth Kumar holds the position of COO at the Global Property Guide, where his responsibilities extend far beyond mere oversight. He ensures the website operates smoothly at all times and rigorously verifies that all data presented on the platform remains current and accurate. 

Since joining the Global Property Guide in 2017, Kenneth has been instrumental in steering the company towards its goals, focusing on reliability, user experience, and the provision of timely, precise information to its audience.
