Properties in Saldus District LatviaThe Saldus District lies within southwestern Latvia, in the territory of the historic Kurzeme region. It shares a national border with Lithuania. The greater part of the district is hilly and elevated; however, its southern edge dips into the Vadakste Plain. The district's administrative centre is the town of Saldus, which was founded in 1856.
