Prague 22 consists of the neighbourhoods of Uhříněves, Pitkovice and Hájek.
In Uhříněves there are housing projects dating back to World War II. Following completion of the construction of City Hall, a mixed-use building was built near it, consisting of 37 residential units and shops. Exhibitions, talks and lectures are held at the Uhříněveská museum all year round. Uhříněves has a Jewish community and a Jewish museum.
The village of Pitkovice has a few historical sites, such as the 19th century wooden bell tower of the Pitkovice fire station and an 18th century, two-storey granary. There is a nature reserve on Pitkovického Hill.
