Prague 14 consists of Dolní Počernice, the historic towns of Kyje, Hloubětin and Hostavice, and the new urban neighbourhoods of Ĉerný Most I and II.

Single-family houses are predominant in Kyje and Hostavice. Kyje has several industrial sites, such as the Laktos and Coca-Cola factories, as well as the oldest building in Prague 14, the Romanesque Church of St. Bartholomew.

In contrast, the residences of Ĉerný Most I and II are mostly panel blocks of flats. The neighbourhood also has a shopping and entertainment centre.
