Properties in Neuhausen Nymphenburg GermanyOnce a working-class district, Nymphenburg-Neuhausen has nevertheless always been popular as the location of the Nymphenburg Palace. The baroque palace is an imposing building surrounded by parks, a botanical garden, a deer park, lakes and tree lined avenues leading to it. The baroque palace has many baroque outbuildings, housing a porcelain museum and the natural history museum.

Towards the end of the 19th century a villa quarter was established around Neuhausen-Nymphenburg . This quarter remains pretty intact with many detached villas but also some art nouveau apartment blocks, especially north east of the palace, in Gern and Neuwittelsbach.
