House Prices/GDP per Capita in Spain compared to Europe
The tax levied on the average annual income on a rental apartment/property in the country based on a gross rental income of $1500/month. We assume that the property is owned by nonresidents. These tax rates might be subject to deductions (e.g from interest payments, costs).
Spain publishes good house price statistics. The Banco de España holds good quarterly house price time series for a range of areas and housing types, generated by the Ministerio de Fomento (Ministry of Infrastructure and Urban Planning). TINSA, a private entity, publishes a monthly house price index. General economic statistics are available from the Instituto Nacional de Estadistica.
