Romania: Price/rent ratio
This ratio is typically used for measuring undervaluation/overvaluation of real estate prices, calculated by dividing the gross rental yield by 100 so the higher the yield, the lower the price/rent ratio.

Romania does not publish official house price statistics. Imobiliare Romania publishes monthly average selling prices of apartments. Colliers International's annual Real Estate Review has prices of exclusive, middle and lower classes of apartments. General economics statistics are from the National Institute of Statistics and the National Bank of Romania.
