Estonia. The Statistical Office of Estonia publishes data for sale price per square metre by dwelling size and region (Tallinn, Tartu City and Parnu City) since 2009. Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, the largest real estate agency in the Baltic and Central European Region, also publishes monthly time-series data of average apartment prices in Tallinn since 2004.
