House prices in Estonia. We use quarterly house price data from the European Central Bank, because it is more updated than the data released by the Statistical Office of Estonia. Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, the largest real estate agency in the Baltic and Central European Region, also publishes monthly time-series data of average apartment prices in Tallinn since 2004.

This table shows the change in house prices during a single quarter, adjusted for inflation.
Adjusting house price rises (or declines) for inflation produces a more accurate picture of the change in value of housing than the usual nominal figures cited in the newspapers.
