Denmark: Price/rent ratio
This ratio is typically used for measuring undervaluation/overvaluation of real estate prices, calculated by dividing the gross rental yield by 100 so the higher the yield, the lower the price/rent ratio.

Denmark generates good house price data. Prices of new and existing dwellings are published by the StatBank Denmark, both monthly and quarterly. The Association of Danish Mortgage Banks also publishes quarterly house statistics. General economics statistics are available from the National Bank of Denmark and the StatBank Denmark.
