In Grenada, there are no taxes imposed on gifts and inheritance.

Property Transfer Tax

Transfers of real property as gifts are liable to property transfer tax. The tax is levied on the value of the property exceeding the threshold amount. The property transfer tax rates for donors are 5% for citizens and 15% for non-nationals.
