Where do I find historical house prices (time-series)?

We have reliable historical time-series for 57 countries.

What are the sources of the time series?

We generally use central bank or national statistical institute data. But occasionally, we use data generated by realtors (Colliers for the Philippines) or other data – Japan generates no dwelling price statistics, so we use land prices as a proxy for dwelling prices. Its no excuse, but everyone else does the same.
