- High – 4.51 to 5.50
- Moderate – 3.51 to 4.50
- Low - 3.01 to 3.50
- Very Low – 0 to 3.00

Honduras has no house price statistics and few statistics generally. The Instituto Nacional de Estadística has a really weak site with a lot of broken links. The Banco Central de Honduras has rather few statistics. The Secretaría de Planificación y Programación seems a little better, with a reasonable collection of annual time-series.
