Apartments in Skopje have yields ranging from 8% to 10% , while houses register a similar percentage of 10.20% for 300 sq.m. properties.
There is little price difference between 60 sq.m and 120 sq.m sized properties when buying per square metre. The average rate for 60 sq.m. properites is €1,050, €47 more for buying a property twice its size. Per square metre prices for Skopje house are sold for much less at an average of €895.
