Yields are around 4% to 5% for properties located on Dominica’s coast, though small units' yields can reach 6.7%.

Rentals have not risen during last five years, save around Picard. A two bedroom property rents for about US$800. Some higher end rentals have in fact dropped, as the offshore industry has declined.

I am hoping to move to Dominica this fall, are there many rental properties available in the $600-$800mth range? Thanks, Lou
