Rental yields for apartments in the BVI are unavailable – we simply cannot find enough ‘for sale’ units to produce an accurate picture of yields. However the average rent per month for a one bedroom apartment is US$1,200, and a two bedroom apartment rents for around US$1,900.
Gross rental returns for houses are poor, reaching a mere 2.85% on average. A house with four to five bedrooms costs around US$2.3 million.

We will continue to charter sailboats in this wonderful part of the world, every winter as we have done for the past 10 years.........Unfortunately, or fortunately, we are not prepared to lay out a million dollars, for what I'm sure will be a spectacular home.....I guess the local government will have little to worry about when it comes to their concern over too much growth !!!
