There is insufficient data on properties for rent. Most rentals are for short-term basis only.
2 The only village in the island of Barbuda, Codrington, is not included since it is not regarded as an upscale area.

Yields are around 6.2% for properties in Antigua, the centre of the rental market. Rents are predominantly seasonal, but this figure is for long-term rentals.

"The upward momentum in rents has not been big enough to make renting truly financially interesting," complains Geoffey Pidduck, the head of Tradewind Realty, although he says there has been some upward pressure, because all new houses have been sold, and because Antigua is an ICC Cricket World Cup Second Stage venue.
