In a small country like Antigua and Barbuda, with limited numbers of residential transactions, it is very hard to be sure of reliable data, and our data are quite skimpy. We haven’t been able to estimate yields. We haven’t been able to gather enough data to give a reliable estimate of rents. We have a notion of prices – and here, our data suggests that prices have been tending significantly down over the past two years.
