Inheritance tax and law

The government of Anguilla does not levy inheritance tax. However bequeathing Anguillian property to children may cost them 1% in transfer taxes and another round of obtaining the ALHL license (this will cost US$80, instead of the usual 12.5%) before the property is put in their name.
