could you answer a question. what is the position when a relative dies in singapore(british citizen)with no will,I am the only relative left living( in the u.k.). he has a cosiderable ammount of money left . how do Igo about claiming this inheritance.. thanking you.

In response to Mr Garrity's comments, he would need to apply for Letters of Administration allowing him to be appointed as administrator of the estate of the Deceased. Assuming that the monies are kept in a bank, the bank will only release the monies to the administrator named in the Letters of Administration.
